PROJECT MANAGER
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Labour profile:	Construction Market research for electrical installation works Searching for potential clients, contractors, subcontractors Establishing long-term co-operation with clients and contractors Projects development,proposals for technical solutions and equipment Project cost calculation, negotiation of project technical part and works Supervision and analysis of project implementation Control of work flow, finding operative issuesolutions Signing and supervision of contracts Presenting and signing necessary documentation for fulfilling works on site
Requirements:	High electro technical or electronics education Good communication and problem solving skills Understanding of projects, project cost calculation analysis – no less than 2 years experience is required PC skills, analysis of technical drawings and technical parts of the projects Basic skillsAutoCAD design program Swedish – fluent, English – good, desirable knowledge of Lithuanian language Work experience in Rail sector – advantage Business oriented, responsibility, organizational skills, self-sufficiency

SITE MANAGER
ELECTRICAL INSTALLTIONS

Labour profile:	Organization and final fulfilment of electrical works Presenting and signing necessary documentation on acceptance Insurance of works quality Insurance of work terms and schedules Planning and control of work time and tasks of employees Securing health and labour security requirements on the site Insurance of necessary materials, tools and measures Supervision of technical part of the projects, adjustment of necessary changes Presenting excellent CRM
Requirements:	High / higher electro technical or electronics education Good communication and problem solving skills Organizational skills, ability to plan team work Knowledge of health labour security requirements PC skills, understanding and analysis of technical drawings Swedish – fluent, English – good, desirable knowledge of Lithuanian language Work experience in Rail sector – advantage Business oriented, responsibility, organizational skills, self-sufficiency
